How can I check if my PIN code is serviceable by Queenswear ?

Use the courier serviceability tool on the product page by clicking "Check Delivery Options" and entering your PIN code. It will display the standard delivery time and product availability. Check back if your PIN code needs serviced, as we frequently update our serviceable PIN codes.


What is your return policy?


It's important to review the return policy before making a purchase, in case you need to return or exchange an item. Look for information on the Queenswear return policy page, which should outline the timeframe for returns, the condition of the item, and any associated fees.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?


Before submission, it's crucial to review your order carefully. Drop requests are available for pressed/delivered status, including items purchased during sales, and funds are refunded to the original payment method.
