Exchange Procedure

Within two days of delivery, you return it to us in its original packaging and condition, unworn and undamaged, and with any surprise presents we occasionally offer our clients.

Replacement of defective products

  • Be unworn and undamaged.

You can ask for a replacement for the complete purchase or only a portion of it.
