RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have two days from receiving your item to request a return under our two-day policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We accept Return If our Products Is Damaged or If Any Wrong Product is Received.
The actual product may differ slightly in color and design from those illustrated in the images. We cannot accept your return if this is the case because our product page already mentions this.
You can contact us at sectormarkitsolutionpvtlimited@gmail.com / info@queenswear.in to begin a return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package if your return is accepted. We will only get items that are sent back to us after first requesting a return. All return-related inquiries can be sent to us at sectormarkitsolutionpvtlimited@gmail.com / info@queenswear.in.
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 - 7 business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
